Great facilities, great attention before and during the procedure. In general everyone was really nice. My rating is 3 star due to the lack of results after my PRP treatment. I had 4 sessions and no results. Based on the lack of scientific proof and lack of proven clinical trials I am not going to continue with more sessions. The price is too much for such a gamble.

Never go to this facility. I signed up for a facial PRP treatment 1500 CHF. The first time I got the treatment, everything seemed ok, although I was challenging the injection as the serum went everywhere but inside my skin. Then the next time, they couldn`t find any information about my previous treatment, so they wanted me to do scalp PRP treatment (I have so much hair, I even don`t understand how this popped up), then I had to insist that YES, I had facial treatment, and PLEASE continue with facial treatment. Then they wanted to do the treatment without local anesthesia. After that finally I got the treatment but then it turned out that there was further mess in my documentation. After that I decided that I`m not continuing the treatment due to misconduct. Then the team started harassing me saying that I signed the contract so I HAVE to continue the treatment, no matter how UNHAPPY I am with their MISCONDUCT and NEGLIGENCE and at one point I had to threaten them with a lawsuit, because it was them violating the contract first hand not me. Now I received an invoice for them that I have to pay a cancellation fee because I decided to discontinue, while they were the ones who didn`t fulfil the legal requirements outlined in the contract. Btw, if they did the job right, then probably I might have continued the treatment since my skin is very important for me. Due to all the misconduct and harassments I reported this facility to the Federal Consumer Affairs Bureau of Switzerland.

Nice experience, I found the advertisement and came just to see but I like the atmosphere service workers so much that I’m sure I’ll start the long term face treatment here A. Is a very polite specialist, he provided all the info in details, thanks a lot Veronika
