I’ve been to Anagen Lausanne for a few consultations in preparation for a surgical procedure, and the whole process has been exceptionally smooth and reassuring. Samir and Dr. Michel Dosch have both been incredibly professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel completely at ease. Their warmth, expertise, and attention to detail have given me full confidence in the team. I truly appreciate their support and care throughout this journey. My sincere thanks to Samir, Dr. Dosch, and the entire Anagen team for making the experience so positive.

Don't get fooled by the reviews (which are suspiciously almost all 5 stars – they must pay/offer treatments to get them. Magically old reviews from the Hair and Skin days are now all great despite their bankruptcy that left hundreds with unfinished procedures and thousands in unjustified bills).
In a nutshell: Despite the personnel being nice, in the end you get scammed.
I was told I needed the most expensive package (more grafts) and that I would get it in two procedures as it yields better results.
The morning of the procedure, they called me to say they didn't have enough personnel. I had taken days off and prepared for it and they told me on that day! Very unprofessionnal. Then they, "by magic", found personnel (which was worrisome, who did you find all of a sudden?). Before the procedure they announced they would not do 2 procedures, which was news to me and again left me regretting it. I wanted to make sure they wouldn't cut corners so they said "we'll see later".
The procedure went well despite it being much longer and uncomfortable than told initially.
After, the doctor told me we would wait about a year and reassess if we'd need or could do a second one and if not, they would "reimburse me the difference with the cheaper packages" (fewer grafts).
The follow ups were good and the personnel was responsive.
1 month before the 1yr checkup, the company went bankrupt and closed everything without even a message. It was impossible to get my medical file to prove that I was not given all the grafts And they outsourced the payment processing to a company which didn't care (MF Group – the worst).
When they got reacquired, the same doctor told me they could offer free PRP for the inconvenience during the bankruptcy limbo. After the PRP sessions the doctor told me it was not possible to graft more as there was "no space left" which sounded ridiculous since I can still see my scalp through my hair. He deemed that they had compensated the difference with the PRPs – which was never agreed upon and contrary to what they said on the day of the procedure and after.
In the contract it says they can offer PRPs to make up for the difference AND if they graft more than planned, they adjust the contract to reflect it. This is absurd: In the end I would have saved a lot of money if I had simply chosen the lower package. Instead I got some PRP sessions that didn't change anything (they are massively overpriced, don't give noticeable results, and if they do don't last more than 3 months).
Take the lower packages as there are simply no benefits going for a higher graft count, or simply avoid this company you'll be better off!

I couldn't be happier with the results! While my initial visit for a specific forehead wrinkle didn't yield the desired outcome right away, the doctor's professionalism and expertise truly shone through. He managed to completely resolved the issue in subsequent sessions, and I'm thrilled with how it looks now. Thanks again for the support!
