Cannot comment on treatment experience as I did not manage to have one. Waited nearly a month for an appointment, then during the appointment a further 50 minutes after which point I had to leave due to other commitments. I understand things happen, but the staff could have handled it better (apologise, explain, offer a new appointment etc). Rude and incompetent.
