I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Hashagen - he absolutely is the one of these doctors you just KNOW you are in good hands. My experience with him is that he does strongly encourage natural looks and he strictly stays in that whilst doing his treatments. I have been to many doctors in Luzern and Zürich and was NEVER satisfied, because I never felt heard. When I first saw him, I wanted to do a 1000 things to my face, but he patiently explained to me that it was not necessary and we can do one thing at a time AND SLOWLY since a natural look is his highest priority. And Dr. Hashagen and his wife are a prime example of longevity, I almost fell off the chair when they told me their age because they look so damn good and natural. A friend recommended Dr. Hashagen to me and I am forever grateful. And before Dr. Hashagen does the treatment, he explains EVERYTHING, so you know how long the healing procedure will take place. I love the CERISA Praxis and his team, they are always available for any questions and appointments.

When I asked dr.Hashagen about side effects of one treatment he did not inform me about all of them and downplayed the impact of others. I had important meetings at work and asked him directly before treatment if I could show my face in public after the treatment. He assured me that this will not be an issue. When my side effects turned to be huge bruises ( over 15cm) and swollen face ( I had to work from home 2 weeks, make up did not help) he did not offer any post-treatment support or costs return, writing that “ I knew what I signed up to and I can buy a creme at pharmacy”. I lost trust to dr. Hashagen after that. I also felt he tries to “push” treatments to his patients. I think his goal is to “sell” rather than having his patients well-being as a top priority. I do not recommend. Dr. Hashagen is also just part-time in Zug, hence in case of any issues with treatments, he is often not available.

I am absolutely thrilled with the CRISA Prejuvenation Center in Zug and with Dr. Hashagen. I received treatments with Botox, hyaluronic acid, and Radiesse/Sculptra, and I am more than satisfied with the results. The result is incredibly natural, harmonious, and beautiful—exactly as one would wish. I look fresh and rejuvenated without appearing artificial. The treatment was very professional, honest, and tailored to my individual needs, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend CRISA and Dr. Claus Hashagen and will gladly return. Absolutely top-notch!
