I met Dr. Gandolfi 32 years ago when I entrusted him with the correction of a defect that was causing me discomfort. By the 1990s, Dr. Gandolfi was already an established surgeon, and my surgery was a breakthrough both aesthetically and emotionally, with surprising results. Thirty-two years later, I also entrusted my son to his care for a slightly more complex rhinoplasty, and as a father, I must say I couldn't have asked for anything better. Both professionally and personally, we received the best we could have hoped for. Once again, the functional and aesthetic result was truly incredible, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The professionalism, expertise, organization, and staff were all top-notch. The clinic where Dr. Gandolfi works is a top-notch facility in terms of safety, comfort, cleanliness, and cutting-edge equipment. You're in a real hospital with an emergency room, but you feel like you're on vacation in a safe, pampered 5-star hotel. Thank you so much, Dr. Gandolfi, thank you on behalf of me and my son. Blepharoplasty My eyes had been watering for a long time due to excess eyelids, which were causing vision problems. Then, through my daughter, I met Dr. Gandolifi and his assistant, Elena. I had the exam; the way he explained things, his kindness, and his courtesy made everything easier. Even during my hospital stay, I was cared for by the very helpful staff and by Dr. Gandolfi. Even during the post-op period, I was followed daily by Dr. Gandolfi to monitor my recovery. My eyelids have healed beautifully. When I say I had blepharoplasty, no one believes me because my eyes and my gaze are perfect. Thank you, Dr. Gandolfi, and Elena, for being an excellent assistant.

At the Sant'Anna Clinic in Lugano, I underwent lipofilling and subsequently laser treatments at the Chiasso clinic to correct a small but, unfortunately, unsightly scar on my chin caused by a dog bite. My experience with Dr. Gandolfi was excellent not only from a professional standpoint—because he was (and is) a highly knowledgeable and honest doctor—but I also greatly appreciated his empathy and kindness. And then, the distinguishing feature was his dear assistant, Elena, who was incredibly sweet and always ready to put you at ease. Furthermore, the clinic is also very well-maintained and attentive to hygiene standards. I am satisfied with the treatments performed and have regained my smile thanks to them!
