I went to this clinic in June, and my experience was not good. I chose this clinic for forehead Botox due to the high number of positive reviews. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff was nice and professional. However, in my opinion and based on my experiences at other clinics, the treatment was quite expensive. I paid CHF 800 for Botox only in my forehead. It is worth noting that I am 39 years old and do not have very deep lines. Dr. Kelly also tried to sell me additional treatments that I did not ask for and did not feel I needed. Furthermore, the treatment was very painful compared to other clinics I have visited. In other clinics, touch-ups are included in the initial price, whereas at this clinic they are charged separately. Lastly, given the price, I expected good results. Unfortunately, I still had movement and visible lines after the treatment. For these reasons, I would not recommend this clinic.

I recently had my breast augmentation with implants with Dr. Kelly and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From my very first consultation with her, I felt understood, safe, and in the best possible hands. She took so much time to explain every step and helped me choose the perfect implant size for my body. The whole team was incredibly kind and professional — from the reception to the nurses and surgical staff. Everything went so smoothly, exactly as it was described to me. What really impressed me was how authentic everything felt: what I had seen on Dr. Kelly’s social media and website — the beautiful results, the atmosphere, the care — is exactly what I experienced in real life. The result is beyond my expectations — beautifully natural, harmonious, and perfectly balanced. I can only recommend Dr. Kelly and her amazing team to anyone looking for plastic surgery in Switzerland and personal care.

I had upper lid surgery two weeks ago, and my surgeon, Dr. med. Arif Altinay, was truly outstanding. He was extremely caring and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The whole team is incredibly professional and always does their best to make you feel well taken care of. I can highly recommend them!
